What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email (if you add it), city, the type of floor, the approximate area, and any details about your project.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts. Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare your quote, schedule and do the work, and keep normal business records.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate or project. We don’t send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text and we won’t text you again.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
Your request travels through the service providers that run our website and email: Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) and Google (our email inbox). They handle it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you, honor our labor warranty, and meet tax and legal requirements. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or send a request through the estimate form, and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
